Our partner DOTEXE worked with us, and our other manufacturing partners to bring you a unique set of items with the goal of giving back to our charity partner Crisis Text Line during the 2022 holiday season.

Q: How did you settle on these items?
A: We thought about you! We wanted to bring a diverse set of items and apparel that celebrated the communities and users that exist on Discord! We couldn't do this without you, and hope you enjoy the 2022 Snowsgiving merchandise items.
Q: Why Crisis Text Line?
A: Mental health support continues to be a focus for us here at Discord and we chose Crisis Text Line as a partner this year as part of our core belief to ensure Discord is a safe, inclusive place where everyone can find community. We established a wonderful partnership with them earlier this year, and because they offer support in various regions in both English and Spanish, we wanted to continue supporting the important work they are doing.
Q:How does our pricing and donation structure work?
A: When working with our various partners, we had one goal in mind: giving back. For this year’s Snowsgiving, that means profits generated from the exclusive Snowsgiving collection will be donated directly to our charitable partner, Crisis Text Line.

A: In working with our various partners across the globe, we strive to bring our community quality, affordable, and unique items, while still making an impact with our charitable partner. Pricing and donations are based on a variety of factors that allow for free shipping and reflect charitable markups and required service fees.
